Venue Hire

The Club House offers a few options for private functions and event hire of a wide range of facilities that provide privacy and exclusivity, ranging from the picturesque Auas Mountains garden to the indoor bar and restaurant. A multi-purpose function hall ideal for weddings, birthday parties, corporate functions/ product launches, seminar activities and family anniversaries is also available. Various combinations of the facilities available can be combined for a dedicated function, including the erection of a “high-top” tent in the parking area.

Other noteworthy facilities include:

  • Adequate, secure parking “under surveillance”;
  • Hall dimensions measure 11 meters by 15 meters;
  • Seating capacity using round 10-seater tables accommodates 100 persons;
  • Seating capacity for a “dance party” would cover 80 persons;
  • Projection equipment includes a projector with overhead screen and large flat TV monitor offering an extensive DSTV bouquet;
  • Our diverse customised menu and well-stocked “beverage locker” is offered at competitive prices. We recommend a discussion with our Club Manager to cater for your needs;
  • The venue fee excludes tablecloths, cutlery, décor, flower arrangements and ancillary items requested by the client; and
  • A deposit is required, based on the customized request, once the final quotation has been accepted by the client.
